Omg, omg!! When 100% Pure recently announced they were coming out with matte lippies (!!), I literally FREAKED (especially when it was confirmed they were all vegan)! I’m smitten, like beyond mega hardcore with their Anti-aging Pomegranate lipsticks (amaaaazing formula, long-lasting, gorgeous creamy shades that have a delicious fruity scent to boot!), so I knew the matte version was gonna be the sh*t.
I recently got my lipstick-obsessed paws on a couple shades of their brand spankin’ new Cocoa Butter Matte Lipsticks, and needless to say, they fulfilled and exceeded my expectations. Y’all, if you don’t know this by now, 100% Pure is definitely one of my top 3 beauty brands of all time. They can basically do no wrong in my book. 😉
The shades I tried out were Pink Canyon (a nude-ish, earthy rose pink) and Currant (a vibrant berry), and they truly are ultra-matte, as well as opaque, and hella long-wearing.
As with 100% Pure’s entire line, they use super healthy and pure ingredients. These lippies are formulated with fruit pigments and a nourishing blend of cocoa butter, shea butter and vitamin E to help keep your smackers moisturized and primed for mega smoochy action.
